Cookie Policy

This page explains how Woolkoo uses cookies and similar technologies on woolkoo.com.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies such as local storage for preferences. Some cookies are essential for the site to work; others help us understand usage or remember choices.

Essential cookies and storage

  • Authentication: Supabase session cookies keep you signed in securely between visits.
  • Security: CAPTCHA providers (hCaptcha or Cloudflare Turnstile) may set cookies when you sign up or sign in.
  • Cookie preference: On the marketing homepage, we store your accept/reject choice in local storage under woolkoo-cookies.

Analytics (consent required)

We use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics (GA4) to measure aggregate traffic and improve Woolkoo. They are not essential and load only after you choose Accept all on the marketing homepage or Accept analytics below. If you reject cookies or have not chosen yet, analytics does not run anywhere on woolkoo.com, including the signed-in app.

Google Analytics may set cookies from Google domains. We enable IP anonymization in GA4 configuration. We do not use analytics cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. Rejecting analytics does not affect sign-in, presentations, or billing.

Managing your choice

You can also change preferences from the cookie settings control on the homepage. Blocking essential authentication cookies in your browser will prevent signed-in use of Woolkoo.
