Privacy

Woolkoo processes account information (such as email) and content you create (presentations, prompts, uploads) to run the service. We use industry-standard hosting and authentication partners (for example Supabase) under data processing agreements appropriate to your region.

AI features send prompts and document excerpts to model providers only as needed to generate your decks. Do not submit highly sensitive personal data in prompts unless your organization approves.

You can request account deletion or data questions through the contact channel on the marketing site. A dedicated privacy policy page can mirror or replace this summary for publication.

Terms and conditions

By using Woolkoo you agree to use the product lawfully, respect intellectual property, and not attempt to disrupt the service or other users. Subscription fees, renewal, and refunds follow the checkout and billing provider (Stripe) and the terms shown at purchase.

Woolkoo is provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law; liability limits and governing law should match your production terms of service document.

For enterprise customers, a master services agreement may supersede these summaries.
