1. Acceptance
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" includes the entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Enterprise customers may be governed by a separate master services agreement ("MSA"). If an MSA conflicts with these Terms, the MSA prevails for that customer.
2. The Service
Woolkoo helps you create, edit, share, and present web-based slide decks using AI-assisted tools, collaboration features, and optional design systems. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if higher).
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding login credentials.
- Notify us promptly at sales@woolkoo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Plans, billing, and Woolkoo tokens
Free and paid plans
We offer Free, Starter, Pro Max, and Enterprise plans with different features and limits (for example number of owned projects, watermark, collaboration roles, and AI usage). Current plan details are described on the Pricing page and may change over time.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method at the then-current price plus applicable taxes. Prices may change with notice as required by law; continued use after a price change may constitute acceptance where permitted.
You may cancel through the Stripe customer portal or plan settings. Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout. Refunds are handled according to the policy shown at purchase and applicable law; unless required by law, fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods.
Woolkoo tokens
AI features consume "Woolkoo tokens" — internal usage units tied to plan allowances. Allowances reset per UTC month (Free) or per Stripe billing period (paid plans) as described in the app. Unused tokens do not roll over unless we explicitly grant a promotional carryover. We may throttle or suspend AI features if allowances are exceeded or abuse is detected.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate any law or infringe others' intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Upload or generate unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or deceptive content.
- Submit malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the Service, or interfere with its operation.
- Reverse engineer the Service except where prohibited by law.
- Use the Service to build a competing product using automated extraction of our outputs or UI.
- Circumvent plan limits, billing, or security controls.
- Share access credentials except through built-in collaboration features.
We may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or others.
6. AI-generated content
AI outputs are provided for assistance only. They may contain errors, outdated information, or material that resembles third-party works. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving content before publishing or presenting it. Woolkoo does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
You must not present AI-generated statistics, quotes, or claims as verified facts without independent confirmation. Use assumed or illustrative labels where appropriate.
7. Your content
Ownership
You retain ownership of presentations, uploads, prompts, and other content you submit ("Your Content"), subject to third-party rights in materials you provide.
License to Woolkoo
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and adapt Your Content solely to operate, secure, backup, and improve the Service and to fulfill AI features you request. This license ends when Your Content is deleted from our systems, except for reasonable backup retention and legal compliance.
Sharing and collaboration
When you invite collaborators or publish share links, you control access through in-product permissions. You are responsible for who you invite and what they can see or edit.
8. Woolkoo intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, trademarks, documentation, and the Prism design system (except Your Content), is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our IP except the limited right to use the Service as intended.
Free-plan decks may display a "Made with Woolkoo" watermark. Removing the watermark requires an eligible paid plan.
9. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties (for example Stripe, Google sign-in, AI providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party products or sites linked from the Service.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we will process personal data as described there.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Woolkoo and its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach, risk to the Service, non-payment, or legal requirement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive.

15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at sales@woolkoo.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless law requires explicit consent.
